Ray,

I was wondering what you thought about MSFT's recent foray into the last mile. Does this put any additional pressure on the RBOCs to prevent Dollar Bill and the cable boys from controlling the broadband pipe to residences and offices? Is there much of a potential longterm threat to core telephony market in your view, or is the threat confined to peripheral areas? Do you expect to see the RBOC's start to make joint venture or M&A overtures to the cable operators again?
