Banyan Announces Conference Call
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.--May 31, 2001--Banyan Corporation (NQB Pinks:BANY) announces that the Company's President and C.E.O., Cory Gelmon and Michael Gelmon, will conduct a telephone conference call with shareholders and interested parties at 4:00 PM Eastern Time on Wednesday, June 6, 2001.

The Gelmons will give a brief overview of the current status of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiaries -- Chiropractic USA, Inc., Doublecase Corporation and TopListing, as well as the pending acquisition of Franchise Support Network, Inc. Callers will then be given an opportunity to direct questions to them.
