Banyan Announces Conference Call

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.--May 31, 2001--Banyan Corporation (NQB Pinks:BANY)
announces that the Company's President and C.E.O., Cory Gelmon and Michael Gelmon, will
conduct a telephone conference call with shareholders and interested parties at 4:00 PM
Eastern Time on Wednesday, June 6, 2001.

To listen or participate, call 405/244-5555, Guest Code 3217# (see note below), a few
minutes before 4:00 PM EDT. The Gelmons will give a brief overview of the current status
of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiaries -- Chiropractic USA, Inc., Doublecase
Corporation and TopListing, as well as the pending acquisition of Franchise Support
Network, Inc. Callers will then be given an opportunity to direct questions to them.

Banyan Corporation is a publicly traded holding company focused on investing in and
