Black turnout in FL was alot higher because of massive voter registration drives in the previous year. Now if you are suggesting from your vast knowledge of Florida voter registration records, voting patterns and population studies that this figure cannot possibly be true and that the turnout was actually fake registrations or fraud in some other form then I suggest you supply ANY form of documentation to support that assertion or else quit pumping that bullshit.
