Yes. Have been aware of the Sept changes

for some time. In fact, reposted the changes on another thread when I first ran across same. Don't even recall who made the original post. Was it you?

My previous post was simply joking about the 1920s margin rates which were vastly lower than even the new rates going into effect in Sept.
