Fund, Thanks - I think your general answer covers my concern. I checked the latest proxy: Bramson and McKibben jointly control about 21%, if everything with their holding companies (Sherborne, Newhill etc.) is summarized in the obvious way it appears to be. And we haven't seen a filing from anyone lately who owned over 5%; I think Fidelity was the last to do that, certainly more than a year ago. Cheers, William
