I personally look at companies who have late stage drug(s) that alone can justify the current market cap.

The beautiful thing about biotech is that it only takes one or two blockbusters to become the next AMGN.

On the other hand, getting drugs approved for small indications doesn't cause much excitement. LGND is a prime example.
