what I mean by that remark is that when the masses turn away...it could be time to take a look. She came on the scene when I was in college..we thought she was kinda cute but really lacking in talent. Over the years I began to respect her for her ability to morph and stay somewhat "vital", at least on the charts. These days and for the last couple O Cds she has actually made some interesting and decent recordings. I admit that I used to puke at the sound of "Borderline" etc..but I truly believe that she is not only a smart..very smart girl..but also actually cares about her product. Oh yeah...she's got balls! I like that. She and Sinead get it. Now I would never attempt to compare Sinead and Madonna artistically, since I happen to believe that Sinead is head and dome above just about any female artist of the last 20 years. OK....I'll get you a t-shirt<g> remember when Weird Al did "Like a Surgeon"?...LOL!!!!
