No idea ... all buyers Greenline [not me], looks like one player sprung for about 4kUS worth of stock ... tempting to think it's a sign of imminent news, isn't it .... and it could be ... i've wondered if their claims are still in effect, with no action for so long ... doesn't Venezuela have a use it or lose it clause ... but the share structure is still relatively quite tight, obviously there are no great hordes of dumpers, and it would take only the first hints of financing to move the thing north in a hurry - cdnx.com ... 10.1k market buy and it prints 1.56, lol
