LONDON, June 1 (Reuters) - Healthcare firm CeNeS Pharmaceuticals Plc (LSE: CEN.L - news) said on Friday it was setting up a business venture with Ireland's Elan Corporation Plc (LSE: ELA.L - news) to further develop a new pain treatment product. CeNeS said it would set up a company with the Irish pharmaceuticals firm to develop the intellectual property rights of its M6G pain treatment product. The deal will also see Elan take an minority equity stake in CeNeS.
