Chris Carolan's latest update just arrived. Outlook for stocks remains down, but tendency for market to rise at the beginning of a new month plus upside-downside volume statistics suggest a small rally is possible. "If a one or two day rally materializes, it is likely a good shorting opportunity". Gold: "After proclaiming for a year for traders to watch out for gold's tendency to top on new moons, I remained bullish at this most recent peak. The original scenario for a low in August looks back in play." P. S. Could you ask Rydex to give OTC and Money Market assets beyond the nearest hundred-million on their new automated hotline?
