Mark, I think I have found an interesting special market situation way of making money. I had mentioned TKOCF a few weeks ago was moving. I think I understand the move, market maker and/or company manipulation. TKOCF is a foreign exchange NASDAQ stock that has been trading under $1 for almost a time to trigger NASDAQ desisting. The company has cash and the market makers have enjoyed the spread and trading business. They have kited the stock price over $1 bid at the end of the day for the last 4 days. Copper isn't doing well and I'm certain it's simple market manipulation. This gives me the idea that there must be a number of other companies under $1 that may be future targets of delisting. The characteristics we need to look for are companies under $1 that have cash and may be faced with potential delisting. The manipulations may be the greatest with foreign exchange stocks traded on NASDAQ. Since the potential gains can be 50-80%, it’s worth a study IMO. Have you observed similar manipulations? We are here to learn and profit.
