Robert, I always thoughts buying naked options was risky business. One piece of news against you and you can lose your entire investment. It should never be referred to as "Buying PUTS has little risk and doesn't tie up much capital." as Big Bucks would have us believe. It may tie up little capital but it may lose it at a 100% rate as well while not offering a long term to wait for to be vindicated. And i am talking about calls here as well as puts. Mike
