Jeff, did you try the fix that cindy mentioned..goto opening paltalk window clik on file, then setup , then advanced sound control. check the box for firewall/home network.. Also as an additional item.. in the same setup menu, go over to the paltalk port settings.. in the udp voicestream boxes that are probably blank, enter 1096 for the outgoing udp voice stream and 1097 for the outgoing udp control stream. I did these two things and then rebooted and I now have sound again.. hope it works for you. You may have to turn off computer and reboot for changes to take effect..it worked for me and I tried everything else.. rok
