Playing by the rules: How Intel avoids Antitrust Litigation

Fascinating article in the Best Practice series of the current (June 2001) issue of Harvard Business Review (one of the authors is David Yoffie). I had no idea how thorough and methodical Intel's management was with this. Tools included extensive training, mock depositions and random raids of employees' files, email and disks.

For me, reinforces just how systematic and meticulous Intel management is. I don't think the article is accessible online but here is an abstract:
