Steve Wood: I am having the same problem. I was holding off installing the new version in spite of the strong email warning me to update NOW.

However, I disconnected from my server this morning and could not get reconnected. I thought, "I guess I need to update". So I updated the software and guess what...NOW I can not log on with my primary or backup computer. <ng>

I get the following message "The Continuum Server has logged you out. This normally happens when more than one copy of QCharts has logged on with the same account number."

OF COURSE I AM NOT LOGGED ON...

Customer Service number is 888-788-1848 but they do not have a solution at this time. This problem started yesterday...

THIS COMPANY IS WORLD CLASS WHEN IT COMES TO SHOOTING THEMSELVES IN THE FOOT.
