It looks like investors liked positive comments out from the USTR re WCOM's settlement with Mexico Yesterday re decreasing fees for using other carrier for calls to Mexico from the States. I saw DCLK bought MESG for a 42% premium, compare PTEK to MESG. It's worth at least 10x's what MESG went for Today.
