Dangerous waters maybe but I thought it might be useful to try to get a consensus on what qualifies as an agnostic point of view. I can think of a couple of possibilities:

1) Like standing on the razors edge. If the weight of conviction on either side would tip even slightly, I would fall in that camp (belief vs non-belief)

2) A continuum of agnosticism. On one extreme of agnosticism, you could have huge amounts of evidence that blocks you from belief but you just aren't sure enough to say with absolute conviction that the thing is definitely not true. Or, on the other extreme end, there could be just one little hold up. You see how most of the stuff is likely true. However, you are just not convinced enough to take a stand on the thing being true. If you use this scenario X and Karen are way over next to the atheism end but not able to declare themselves atheists with absolute conviction.
