I don't have that much time to read their magazine each month, so I just buy the volume where they bind the whole year's issue together. It's a rather handy reference.
Do you read Saveur Magazine?

I received two complementary issues of Saveur magazine a few years back and must say I really liked it. I just have enough magazine subscriptions to keep me busy. I have been quite smitten with cooking light magazine for a while now. A good friend had a very bad heart attack and nearly died. His wife, a good friend also, needed to change his diet to a low fat, low cholesterol diet and started using this magazine as a guide for cooking light (low fat) food. My husband and I became the volunteer tasters and critics and found the food exceptionally good. We are both in top shape but I decided that it wouldn't hurt to make many of our meals based on the sound substitutions I found in Cooking Light. I have now incorporated many of those techniques into my cooking an use the magazine almost daily in my meal planning. I have altered almost all of the cooking I do to meet the "low fat, low cholesterol" criteria.

I recently had my yearly exam and my cholesterol is way down, so is my husbands.
