don't know. up until this last week or so I was expecting us to break upwards above 12k on the DOW. Now I think that is unlikely ... don't know about a downside target, but expect 10,400 is easily doable by July expiry -- maybe in the next couple of weeks? I haven't bought a put in months -- if I did, I would buy OTM -- why take the risk of losing without a chance to win big?
