I'm posting the pm'ed solution to your PalTalk uninstalling problem for the benefit of anyone that might run across a similar problem uninstalling a program. By the way, which solution worked?

"Try installing it again and then instead of just deleting it go through the uninstall program that is installed with it. When Paltalk is put in your programs menu see if there is also an uninstall choice. If there isn't go to start/settings/control panel/add-remove programs. Once opened scroll down to paltalk and highlight it by clicking on it and then click the add/remove button on the bottom right. That should get rid of it."
