How bout them M's....you can't help but admire them....first griffey leaves and cincy goes down the tubes while seattle does great....then a-rod heads to texas expecting them to do well, and low and behold texas sucks and seattle is better then ever.........just goes to show you, money aint everything........although, I see two big differances. i forgive and respect griffey and sepsise a-rod....a-rod went for the $$'s plain and simple....griffey took less money to play for his boyhood favprite team and one he honestly thought would do well.......griffey prooved alot IMO,........whats the big differance beetween $100 million a year or $25 million a year or $10 million a year.....when you hit a certain point, money should not be an issue....griffey aint stupid...he could have signed for alot more but he thought "no, I want more then money....I have money....I want happiness and dreams fullfilled".....and he is getting that by playing for the big red machine that he grew up idolizing.......

It will be interesting to see what chris weber does....does he go for the money or go for the ring....I say he goes for the ring........and his best chance may be remaining at Sacramento......but who knows....nobody gonna beat the lakers for awhle anyway......dont sell that stor.......hold for 5 years and sell after it hits triple digits <ggg>
