One day I was barbecuing on the patio and I saw a big spider. My roomate (I was in college then) Omar stopped me. He said that a spider came and spun a web that protected Mohammed, and so it was bad luck to kill a spider. At that time, I didn't pursue the story. Perhaps you know more? tia.
