Just finished a statistically viable analysis. The conclusion is that probability is high that MONDAY's will take the same direction of the previous FRIDAY.

For this exercise on the NAZ, I used three(3) directions: UP - DOWN - FLAT(where flat is within +/-20 points). I made the study over the last 32 weeks going back to 10/20/00. If anyone wants to argue that it is not viable for some subjective reason, be my guess and take it further since my eyes were getting crossed and I was getting a headache.ggggg
I consider a holiday weekend the same as a normal weekend, since was unable to identify a different pattern.

Here are the results as to how MONDAY(TUE if holiday) moved
A) 25 of 32 were either UP or DOWN on FRIDAY, so 7 were FLAT on FRIDAY.
1) 14 of 25 - MONDAY moved in the same direction as FRIDAY
2) 8 of 25 - MONDAY was flat
3) 3 of 25 - MONDAY moved in opposite direction of FRIDAY, but these 3 occurances were also CLASS SIGNALs calling for a reversal.
CONCLUSION: The probability is extremely high that MONDAYs will either move in the same direction as FRIDAY or be FLAT, as long as a CLASS SIGNAL doesnt occur.

B) 7 of 25 where FRIDAY was FLAT
1) 2 of 7 where FRIDAY was FLAT - MONDAY was UP
2) 2 of 7 where FRIDAY was FLAT - MONDAY was DOWN
3) 3 of 7 where FRIDAY was FLAT - MONDAY was FLAT
CONCLUSION: No firm conclusion if FRIDAY is FLAT
