It is a shame that you allow a thread that is clearly designed to mock and ridicule Jenna (albeit a very funny thread done in a brilliant fashion) while you suspend people who are trying to get at the truth of a possible far reaching scam and tell them they aren't allowed to talk about Jenna. Jenna has represented herself to be an agent of Pristine. She was constantly advertising the site.

She used this forum to gain her customer base. I heard that Jenna was the primary source at one time for Pristine's customers. Where do you think she got those customers...from her activities on SI.

I noticed that this muzzling really didn't start to happen until one of your advertisers ,Terra Nova, got brought into the story.

It is my understanding that Jenna and Pristine have been served . Jenna can no longer TRUTHFULLY spout that Tim is blowing hot air about his lawsuit.

Lets use a hypothetical. Lets say for example that a huge scam is running on SI with a possibility of the SEC getting involved as well as class action suits being filed and RICO charges flying all over the place. The RICO statute is an interesting statute with all kinds of civil and criminal possibilities. The CEO of Infospace knows all about RICO lawsuits as at least one has been filed against him.

In this hypothetical, lets say SI may or may not be involved in a direct or indirect fashion. As people are trying to get to the bottom of the scam, SI shuts them up and tells them they aren't allowed to talk about one (or more)of the prime parties.

I bet it would make a few lawyers go "Hmmmmmm...."
