Good, choice, though you may be a bit early. I pooted PHM today for similar reasons. I'd start light if shorting, so that you can average up if necessary. I think BubbleBoy will cut 50 in June, tanking the 10 and 30 years, and jacking mortgage rates skyward....

MMM will be a good pick, too, but it may take a while. They'll get killed on currency conversion this Q, owing to the strength in the ClownBuck. I recently sold the poots I bought when it was at 123 or so, but if they retest that level, I'll be back.
