We could do with 30 - 50% of the "Administrators" positions and phony "teacher's aid" positions created by union featherbedding and free up all that money for books, real teachers, etc. without having to spend another nickel.
Now THERE's an idea!
Somehow I don't think this is what flap has in mind though. I think he wants MORE MONEY, more teachers, and MORE MONEY.

Oh, and if results don't improve, then just add MORE MONEY.
