Carl, Right on all accounts. I was going to say the same things but you beat me to it. You must have studied The Prince to read IFX so well. It basically comes down to this, given that IFX itself doesn't have to pay Rambus, why should they ask for the patents to be overturned? There is nothing in it for Infineon. And it makes their competitor's life (Micron) easier. And they can always ask for the motion later on anyway. Sun Tzu PS, if panic buying comes into effect on Monday, I'll be selling into it. PPS Notice that so far there's been no change in the after hours.
