Did we also know that the undersea resort is at least 3 years away or have I just not been following too closely.

Noticed that in the filing too, and something about changing to undersea strip joints or casinos or something.

But if "there are no companies qualified to build it safely for the customers for at least the next three years" who is going to build the casinos, restaurants, bars safely?
