Sun... How about... "why should they ask for patents to be overturned?"... maybe the cost is not as great as Bilow thinks, and maybe it would help to solidify IFX's position in a Rambus appeal. As far as Micron is concerned... these guys have been scratching each others backs right along... why stop now? Never know when you're going to need a good scratch in return.
