Boots,

All else being equal, technical analysis may have some merit in judging when to get in and out of stocks. But how can Bollinger's bands be in any way predictive of anything concerning AXC? It's trading near its historic lows because it's in the midst of historic woes. As I see it, the only things that matter now are positive news and positive Qs.
