Amboy Charlie...

Positive news is the only option right now for these Bollingers to be resolved in our favor. The Q's are "alongawayfar". Presuming that AXC is not going to chapter eleven..then the Bollinger's are giving about as bullish a long term technical picture of this stock that is possible right now...and many of the other technicals just look grand to me. Not much solace I know for our now 30 cent stock!

But re: the Bollingers, their confluence to me means that something fundamental is about to change...and hopefully to the positive...

Today, June 1, 2001, the Ampex annual meeting was held in San Francisco...None of us attended. And I doubt if anyone addressed the critical questions we all have. I have no excuse even though I was working today...I could have made arrangements....

but like most here...I 'chickened out"....

foolish since I have a ton of shares...as do most of you...but not nearly as many as some of you...w/your 6 and even 7 figure holdings...

so just where are we w/the bridge loan, ADS, JV's, patents, patent infringements, revenues...etc..etc....

Just another boring meeting where NOBODY asked the pressing questions...

One positive thing came out of the meeting according to Restorator out of SFO: viz we are only spending 2 million/quarter now...

Oh God whatta relief!
