If you wrote that 12 years ago and took out Japan and replaced it with USa it would almost be 100% acurate of America in the 80's 90's. Things change, that is inevitable, the Japenese are where we were 10 years ago. The Japenese industrialized their nation in less then 40 years they are a capable society, almost as capable as America. I wouldnt count them out. They are still at the center of the greatest developing market in the world. Its amazing to me that people continually count the Japenese out, and how the Chinese and Koreans will eat their lunch. It just not going to happen. The japs will be back, the seeds are already there.
