Call me cold water MO (or MO cold water): That chart shows bollengers "getting tighter"; that is not yet the signal for a breakout. I have seen bollengers much tighter than that and extending for a long time, and that would be my prediction for AXC right now. And all the Bollengers do is indicate a likelyhood of a breakout, they do not predict in which direction.
