Yep. MSK has a communication problem- their releases are filled with scientific bullpoop. It is equivalent to speaking in Shakespearean English to truck drivers at a truck stop <g>. It doesn't matter if you understand what they are saying because it is meaningless- the news release essentially says they have nothing but are going to keep trying anyway because they have nowhere else to go.
