300 bucks seems like such a small amount. Don't you have any other assets that you could sell so that you could send them more? Your rent has to be more than $300, use that too. You have to get your priorities straight. That site sounds like a 100% sure thing, those don't come around that often. How can you not put all of your eggs in that one basket?
