Does anyone know what this new RLDRAM technology will include? Infineon Technologies and Micron Technology, Inc., Announce Partnership to Develop Reduced Latency DRAM biz.yahoo.com Apparantly it is intended to compete with FCRAM from Fujitsu. And I assume, for obvious reasons, that this IP will not rely on a "multiplexed bus" to achieve its goal of high speed/low latency. But I would like to know what they are doing to the DRAM core to produce these results. Could this simply be another move to Point-2-Point memory design? TIA 0\|0
