Jim: UltraRF (Sunnyvale, Calif) perked up its catalogue offerings with second-sources of Motorola and Ericsson LDMOS parts I saw the eetimes article and just couldn't decide on what to make of it at first read. Does anyone know what UltraRF book of business is about. Are they primarily a distributor of other manufacturers semiconductor devices or is their sales mostly home-grown UltraRF devices. john
