Michail, thanks for your opine. The company's current financial condition certainly would raise some eyebrows.

I followed everything you said except the "there are lots of issues with this company." part. Could you please expand on what some of these issues may be?

I like the technology and think it has a future but the company's future may be in question. In addition, there is a substantial short position (7M+) in this issue.
