Can you briefly explain what Debt financing is? Thanks Message #21131 from dwj at Jun 2, 2001 9:51 AM "As a condition of the agreement Westell will raise $25 million of equity financing by specified times prior to June 30, 2001. " from the pr (http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/010416/2582.html) they said in the earnings cc that they wanted to do it through debt and not equity. They already got 6 MM from their two biggest shareholders and they said they don't want to do anymore to dilute the shares at this price. If they get the debt financing (please, no floorless convertibles!) then we might close the gap on the chart to $10.
