Hal, I'd like to think we could stop all internet spending until the 8 million is paid off via the Colorado sale or refi..until it is in fact sold...I'm presuming the 2 million bleed is per quarter and not per month as Carol posted...Restorator on Yahoo quoted it as quarterly...since it was a decline in quarterly spending from the 3 mill + cash burn in Q1..Of course shutting down the transition would perhaps be very silly...for it could kill the potential alliance w/a golden goose.

If we are delisted from the Amex and go to the OTC BB's, our share marketability might be compromised in the eyes of any potential JV partners, discouraging them from an alliance (albeit the low volume we now trade is pathetic enough on the Amex to discourage any sales marketability w/o affecting the marketcap of the company...

So we all feel cornered. I expected they would have at least accomplished something since March 31...The TD against the Colorado property by the bridge loan guys (now extended to August) is a biggee in my mind...I wish EB would've laid our minds at ease during the meeting about it w/either a refi from a 3rd party if not the same short term bond holders...I think I am going to all Karen this week and discuss it...I have yet to speak w/her. I held Ampex shares during times when EB and Karen had probably never even heard of Ampex.

So here we are all wishing our ITG tech and pioneer spirit would be adopted by Microsoft or some huge saviour...Why, we are powered by Ampex! Certainly there exists in corporate America that big brother wishing to save Americana and at the same time enrich its future and that of all internet watchers through the use of this novel technology being invented by Ampex!

Cash is king. Tournequet please. Big Brother transfusion please...

Ker Ching!

btw, MO....I did not mean to imply that Bollingers always mean an upmove...I have been of the mind that the technicals have been looking so oversold w/a potential 3rd bottom...and this fact combined with these long term Bollingers getting so narrow would/could imply a pop to the upside soon. In fact I was hoping something positive would come out of the annual meeting to coordinate the whole frapper. I am unfortunately very disappointed by the dismal news coming to us from Carol and Restorator...

Now w/the fundamental bearishness coming from the St. Francis .... perhaps that big Zero mentioned last year might accompany the release of Pearl Harbor...and see us test the .25. Heck, at this level just a few pennies could resolve the narrow Bollingers...(I just hope it isn't 12 cents!) Perhaps the prospect of millions of dollars coming to AXC from a Big Brother will preclude any further downside...In fact I believe the .30 we closed at on Friday has all the bad news already priced in.

Streaming hits are picking up I hear...

Let's hope that the bear doesn't continue until the fall of 2002...the nominal call for a bottom.

We dont have that much time w/things the way they now are.
