This week's Business Week's Technology & You column bemoans the limited availabilty of Ricochet and MCOM's financial difficulty because "in the places where it works, it's the best service out there". In contrast he says that Sprint PCS only offers speeds of 14.4 kbps but the "actual speed is signficantly slower, especially when the signal is weak."
