Putting an old friend back on the watch lists: HSAC.

The shakeout in Internet providers may be over and the survivors are starting to raise rates and establish niches. HSAC has lost a lot of money, but revenues are increasing nicely and the whole sector may be one of the first to come out of the Tech wreck.
