Michail, A good friend who works at ACOM mentioned that the $3.00 per share buyout is being talked up as a go. It closed at 2.72 on Friday - I know this isn't your usual cup of tea but do you think it's worth going long for the 10% possible upside? PS THANKS for IMNR.
