Btw, the chinese are developing there own Oil fields we do have energy problems here. we have a lack of infrastructure for refining and transport. we also went from 4,500 oil wells in 1980 to only 400 just a couple of years ago. << Right and that's why Opec will keep Prices at optimum they don't want to encourage us to produce more
