ie: Panzem: I have a personal interest in the success of this new drug. My dad is beginning a clinical trial with Panzem this week. He has prostate cancer that has spread, and this seems like the last battle in the war. It sounds promising, but the other treatments sounded promising too, but were just temporary delays in the further spread. He's going to be taking 8 pills each day and having blood drawn for analysis every week for two months, then once each month thereafter. I'll be following the progress very closely. Don't let anyone tell you that Prostate cancer is a slow growing disease. I've seen otherwise.
