Perhaps I was not clear and your note adds some clarity...VPN technology is a virtual joke...who the heck wants to leave their land-based PC constantly on so that they can receive email remotely?...could you imagine if someone told you you could use you Palm anywhere, anytime, so long as you had the PC version constantly running elsewhere??!!...and for those of us who are on the road and carry BOTH their PC AND the device, this is a no brainer as to why one would go with the Blackberry, so as you suggest, pull technology is comical at best and still light years away from the Blackberry.
