But I have your solution::::: It is unlikely that we will ever build amicable relations with African or any other foreign nations if we spend our public resources advising their citizens to wipe out significant portions of their populations through abortion. Why not solicit private contributions from America's far-too-numerous wealthy ignoramuses and sweep through Africa with an army of doctors, aborting everyone in their path. Warren Buffet and Bill Gates make absolute fools of themselves on a regular basis supporting "overpopulation" causes.
