Now that's butt scary. I had a medical worker who had a 400 pound ass and told me stacking 200 bales of hay wasn't aerobic because it didn't raise my heart rate. I guess she didn't know that stacking 200 bales raises your heart rate to Help Me Jesus. She said walking around the mall would be better. Maybe standing in front of Victoria's Secret might be.
