Could be, but don't be surprised if it does not, watch how both the OBV and the money flow indicate distributory action in the last four weeks, it could actually be a harbinger of the break of $68, if that happens, I think that MSFT might drag the market down with it. As long as MSFT holds above $68, your assessment might indeed be correct.
