Vitas,

I'd say you've got a big fish on the hook.

IBM began a 5 wave supercycle set in late '74/early '75, with wave 1 topping in '87 @ $43.97, wave 2 bottoming in 8/93 @ $10.16, and wave 3 topped 7/99 @ $139.19. The stock has been in a wave 4 flat corrective since. A of 4 completed into the 10/99 low, B of 4 completed into the 9/00 high, and the stock has been in C of 4 since. 1 of C completed into the 12/22/00 low, and 2 of C looks to have completed at the 5/25 high, just 3 days before you brought this to my attention (why were you so late? -g-)

A wave bear delights in finding a 3 of C move to short due to the typically large magnitude of 3 of C's, and that looks to be what it's now in. I'm slappin a $55 price target on this one. How's that? -g-

Regards,

David
